?בעקבות השינויים במחירי ייצור האנרגיה בשנים האחרונות, רשות החשמל תפרסם עדכון של מקבצי שעות הביקוש לחשמל (“מש”בים”). איך זה ישפיע עלינו? והאם נוכל לנצל זאת לטובתנו
:כיום, חברת החשמל מציעה ללקוחות עסקיים שני סוגי תעריפים עיקריים
.תעריף אחיד – עלות אחידה וקבועה לקוט”ש בכל שעות היממה
.תעריפי עומס וזמן (תעו”ז) – תעריף המשתנה לפי שעות היום ותקופות השנה ומטרתו לשקף את הערך הכלכלי של ייצור החשמל באותה העת. רוב החברות מגודל בינוני ומעלה בישראל עובדות לפי תעריף זה
.מקבצי שעות הביקוש לחשמל (מש”בים) הם הבסיס לחישוב תעריף העומס והזמן שעליו מתבסס כל המשק
לפי המצב כיום השעות היקרות ביותר הן בקיץ בין עשר בבוקר לחמש בערב, ובחודשי החורף בין ארבע אחר הצהריים לעשר בלילה. לפי העדכון המסתמן, השעות ה”יקרות” גם בחודשי הקיץ יהיו בערב! – בין חמש בערב לעשר בלילה, בנוסף, תעריף החשמל יתייקר בכ-5%
הסיבה לשינוי היא עדכון שנערך ברשות בעקבות שינוי במשק החשמל, וריבוי מקורות הייצור של החשמל. העדכון צפוי לעודד הסטת צריכה לשעות הצהריים בהן קיים ייצור מוגבר של אנרגיות מתחדשות והפחתת צריכה בשעות שיא הביקוש בערב, ובכך להקטין עומסים בשעות אלו.
משמעות השינוי הצפוי תוביל לכך שכל הסטה של צריכת החשמל משעות הערב לשעות הלילה, תקטין את צריכת החשמל בשעות השיא, בהן התעריף גבוה, ותוביל להוזלה בחשבון החשמל בשיעור של עשרות אחוזים.
ניקח לדוגמא את צריכת החשמל של מחשוב הקצה (של העובדים) בארגון: מתי כדאי לבצע פעולות תחזוקה כמו עדכונים, הפצות תוכנה וגיבויים על מחשבי הקצה?
- במהלך יום העבודה – יכול להפריע לעבודה תקינה של העובדים
- בתום יום העבודה – שעות השיא של תעריפי החשמל (פי 4 משעות השפל)
